Custom Design Kitchen

A space that exudes both design elegance and domestic functionality, this stunning kitchen is the epitome of bespoke craftsmanship. Completely custom-made, it was designed, built and commissioned in meticulous detail for a property above the coastal idyll of Crantock. A contemporary home with arcing walls, the existing space featured curved architecture and gorgeous views over the sea. In homage to the graceful curves of the house itself and the golden sweep of Crantock beyond, our tailored design aimed to create symmetry between space and place and blend style and functionality.

For a complete kitchen transformation, the full design encompasses an array of areas to capitalise on space and create a sense of fluid harmony. This included custom cabinetry and worktop space, an integrated wine rack, elevated storage spaces, storage framework around an American fridge-freezer and more. A soft, earthy colour palette was chosen to breathe calm, while sleek, cut-out handles and tasteful oak inlay were selected to balance organic and contemporary aesthetics. A wonderful hub for slow breakfasts and chilled evenings in this serene sanctuary, an arced breakfast island with exposed wood ribs was also crafted, complete with polished stone countertop.
